AI dashboards
Ten systems, ten versions of the truth. Within a month: one data model and a dashboard that advises you every day.
Your data lives in the CRM, the accounts, the online shop and a pile of Excel files. Nobody sees the whole picture. With AI, we build in weeks what used to take months: one data model that holds up, set up securely, with dashboards that refresh every day and a chat you can ask anything.
Sound familiar?
The data is there. The clarity is not.
“Whose numbers are right?”
Three systems, three versions of the truth. Every meeting starts with a debate about the figures, not about what to do next.
“Can you work that out for me?”
Every question becomes a request to an analyst or an evening in Excel. The answer arrives after the decision has been made.
“We have a dashboard, but nobody looks at it.”
It was built once, never updated and forgotten within a month. It says what happened, not what to do.
“A data warehouse? That is a year-long project.”
So it stays a plan, while the data keeps piling up.
Experience
We already do this for companies across Europe
Any source, one data model
Exact, SAP, Salesforce, Excel, a home-built ERP: we bring them together in one model that holds up.
Security from day one
Roles, permissions and login are part of the design. They are not added at the end.
Your dashboard talks back
It explains what is happening, and you can ask it questions. You do not need a separate chatbot.
Why it is so fast now
Designing, building and testing a data model used to take months or even years. Now it takes a few weeks.
The hard work in a dashboard is not the charts. It is understanding your data: writing data dictionaries, building data models, exploring, analysing and deciding who may see what. A data model is simply one clear structure for all your data. That is exactly where AI saves the most time. And that is exactly what we are expert at.
In the past
Months to years
- Mapping data dictionaries
- Designing data models
- Exploring the datasets
- Running analyses on the datasets
- Only then security, permissions and dashboards
Now, with AI
A few weeks, one month at most
- Mapping the datasets at speed
- Building the data models
- Setting up roles and permissions
- Putting security in place
- Creating the dashboards
The result: a working first version within 5 working days, on your own data.
How it works
From scattered sources to your first dashboard in three steps
It does not matter where your data is: in Exact, SAP, Salesforce, HubSpot, SnelStart, a home-built ERP or a loose Excel file. Or how messy it is. We look at the source, build a data model from it and add reporting on top.
Analyse the source
AI scans your source: tables, fields, links between them, and duplicate or missing data.
At last, you see what is in your data.
Build the data model
From the analysis we build a data model with clear definitions of customer, order, revenue and margin, plus roles and permissions.
One model that everyone trusts.
Add reporting and advice
Dashboards refresh every day, with advice and a chat for your questions.
Every morning, you know where you stand.
What you get
- A dashboard for each role
- Daily advice
- A chat with your data
- Secure login with 2FA
Example of a project. The first module is ready as a working prototype within 5 working days.
Sources we connect
A selection from our list. If your system has a good API, we can connect almost any source.
Try it yourself
Ask your dashboard a question
Click a cell, a bubble or a flow and the assistant explains what you see and what to do about it. The example company sells collectables through subscriptions and direct mail. Your industry will differ, but the approach is the same.
Control room
Last 12 months against the 12 before.
Revenue against budget
Cumulative this financial year, with the forecast to December.
Where the revenue comes from
By customer group, last 12 months. Click a group to ask about it.
Where the growth came from
Revenue bridge by customer segment, in pounds.
Revenue by month
Teal bars mark release months. Hover for the change on the year before.
● Illustrative demo data: fictional company, fictional figures. Reporting currency GBP.
Demo data from a fictional company. Your dashboard uses your own sources and numbers.
Examples
How it looks in other companies
Situations we know well, summarised anonymously. Is yours among them?
- Online shop
Revenue, ad spend and stock sit in three systems. Nobody knows what an ad euro really earns.
Online shop, Google Ads, Meta, stock system
One dashboard with the return per campaign and a list of products that deserve more budget.
- Wholesale and B2B
Sales lives in the CRM, finance in the accounting package. And every month, management asks for yet another Excel file.
CRM, accounting, quotes
Pipeline, revenue and payment behaviour in one model, with an alert when a customer goes quiet.
- Subscriptions and direct marketing
A large customer file with years of history, but no idea who to mail and who is quietly leaving.
Customer file, orders, subscriptions, consent
Ready-made selections that respect consent, and a view of when customers drop off.
- Company in several countries
Every country has its own systems, definitions and currency. Comparing them takes a week of work, and the numbers still do not match.
Local systems in each country
One data model with shared definitions, so every country can be compared.
Why us
Building a dashboard is easy. Getting people to use it is not.
Many companies have dashboards that nobody opens after a month. We do this for many companies across Europe, so we start with one question: what will you do with it?
It is yours
Your environment runs with us by default. You can take it over, with source code, database and accounts. You have this choice even if the contract ends.
No licence per user
Invite as many colleagues as you need. You decide what each person can see and do.
Advice, not just charts
Every number comes with what it means and what to do about it. The chat answers your next question.
Frequently asked questions
Questions about AI dashboards
What is an AI dashboard?
A dashboard that takes its numbers from your own sources and updates them every day. AI adds advice: it shows what changed and what you can do about it. You can also ask it questions in a chat.
Why is this faster than a traditional business intelligence (BI) project?
Most of the work was always understanding the sources and building the data model. AI now does a large part of that in much less time, and our specialists check the result. That is why a first module can run within 5 working days, and not only after months.
What if our data is messy or spread across several systems?
That is normal. We start by finding out what is in your data, what is missing and what is duplicated. Then we build the data model. You do not need to clean your data first.
Which systems can you connect to?
The ones you already use: your ERP, accounting package, CRM, online shop, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and your own business data. If a system has a good API, we can almost always connect it. The connections we need depend on what the dashboard has to show.
How often does the dashboard update?
Every day. The numbers are ready in the morning, so you start the day with yesterday's figures, not last month's.
Do AI providers train on our data?
Your data stays in your own environment. The portal uses AI models through business connections. Under their terms, the providers do not train on that data. With personal ChatGPT or Copilot accounts, training may be allowed by default.
How is login secured?
Staff sign in through your own company domain, with two-factor authentication (2FA) for everyone. Roles and permissions decide what each person can see.
Do we pay per user?
No. There is no licence per user. You invite as many colleagues as you need and decide what each person can see and do.
Can we manage it ourselves later?
Yes. You take over the whole environment, with source code, database, accounts and tools. You have this choice even if the contract ends.
Next step
What would your data tell you if you could ask?
Leave your details. We start with a conversation about your sources and your questions, and show you what is possible in weeks.
