Work where you like. We agree fixed hours when we are reachable, the rest is yours.
Direct contact
Where it is faster you talk to the client yourself. There is no account manager in between.
In blocks, not in hours
We steer on delivered work, not on justified half-days.
You do not build alone
Someone always watches the commercial side, so you do not perfect the wrong thing.
What we look for
Someone who finishes.
- You finish. A prototype that works beats an architecture that is correct.
- You can explain what you build to someone who is not a developer.
- You can run a week without daily check-ins.
- Experience with AI integrations is a plus, not a requirement. Experience shipping is.
What it is not
- No employment contract. This is project work, per assignment.
- No months-long projects without anything going live.
- No team of fifteen to disappear into.
